Hi
Could someone educate me how to work out bump stop height? I have a moded 1st gen Surf. Among the mods it has a least 50mm rear lift. I have to replace the rear shokie, measured the max drop on the axle (620mm) supported the chassie and let the axle drop without shokie or break line which is too short anyway. but I am questioning my min measutement. I just jack ed up the axle until the weight come off the chassie supprts. But somehow I think the spings should copmress more? But anyhow the bumpstops has been removed, so how do I work out the correct height for them? Amd who sells them.
All comments appreciated.
