Whats wrong with it? they are a very simple circuit.

It wont start sometimes. I think its the start relay just want to find where that is and how it works.

Look at key/ign system then solanoid
3rd option is the contacts in the starter itself. Its common on surfs for the contacts to wear and then developes a fault replacating flat batteries or bad ign contacts.
I found out after replace 2 sets of batteries ah.....

iv put a brand new starter motor in. Also have tested battery when it does happen and its still enough to start it when I have this issue. How do I test the starter switch\relay please?
