Stolen-Surf from Lower Hutt

Hi all, Luke has had his surf stolen from Taita, Lower Hutt.
He regularly patrols the Welly south coast and other areas helping tow ppl out.
Has his kids car seat etc in it also

Please keep an eye out and an ear to the ground.
