My mates just brought a double cab 95 Navara and the dash cluster has a diff lock light, question is does it have diff lock or are the clusters universal for all different nissan?

The only factory locker in a Nissan of that age I have ever seen is in a Safari and the clusters are not universal.

The odd d21 navara has rear diff lock. They use the larger h230 diff not the c200 that's common in navaras. Have a look-see underneath, you'll easily see the vacuum solenoid if it has it. Plus should be a switch on the dash too

Possibly centre diff lock. Does it have a 4WD Auto mode? This applies a percentage of drive to the front via a viscous style coupling in transfer case when it requires I believe. Centre diff lock locks this up for "true" 4WD

I have seen a couple on trademe with the difflock, only on the imports though.
