Some pics of my newly acquired 110 flat deck. Went upto auckland today to pick it up. It seems to be in fairly reasonable condition for its age, rego is on hold so will be easy enough to get back on the road. It was orignally a 3.5 v8 but that and the lt85 have been removed at some stage and have been replaced with an lt77 and an isuzu 2l diesel, dont know the exact details on the engine, looks antique. Currently tossing up whether to strip my 200tdi disco and use the engine and box in it along with the suspension and diffs. Or fit a 4jb1t I have sitting here and attach it to a spare lt77

Heres some pics

Got the body off. The chassis is pretty much fucked. Has a had a lot of welding done on it. So will be off to scrap this week. If anyone is interested in the body let me know

Bugger.
Put the body on the disco chassis that you were considering stealing the engine from?

There is an adaptor available out of Australia, but they are expensive, especially if you can make your own.

Any chance of making two adaptors? :D

Yeah that is the one. A lot of money to do the conversion using that adaptor.

The shaft is going to cost me about 600, the adapter plate is simple enough for me to make

Forgive me this question. So are you fixing the rusted chassis, or replacing it with something else?
