how hard is it to fit up a turbo off a surf etc (2.4) to my old hilux its a 2.4 non turbo

It is all bolt on, exhaust manifold and turbo inlet pipes, sump. this will all run fine, to run good you will also need to swap the injector pump and injector. It is probably easier and cheeper to swap motors.
