2007 Hilux 1GR-FE V6

Hi,
Iv got a 07 v6 hilux that rattle/ticks quite badly under load, when i change the oil it goes quieter for a few thousand ks then back to it.Iv read a few american forums & have come to the conclusion that i just have to put up with it but its just so annoying! Thought someone on here might have dealt this these any info would be greatly appreciated..
