Hi,

It seems that ARB is the only one who gives a bunch of money to have the front bumpers 'legal' for the airbags..

As I know that it is not about sensors etc.. how hard it will be to pass the wof with another front bumper (e.g. Rugged Ridge), any experience?

I will also inquiry at wof so I try to consolidate the points of view.

Thanks.

Pretty sure its covered in here:

It all depends on the age of the vehicle. If it's old enough you can disable the airbags and do what you want. Other wise you have to use crash tested bumpers

You will have to have a bar that has been crash tested and certified to be frontal impact compliant for your Jeep. As I understand, ARB and TJM are certified. A couple of other manufacturers in Australia have also spent the money on certification. Mopar bar may also be certified as it's approved for Jeep use.
