Hey,

Im trying to decide on wether im going to do a valve body upgrade on the 80 series... and looking at the extreme valve body upgrade from wholesale automatics.

Im sure wjw has done his and will wait for him to chime in, but has anyone else it and was it worth the money?

yep, was a lil suspect of the claims at first but sure enough it drove like a manual and had way better crawl control and descent control in muddy situations. fyi, mine was a in a nissan.

i almost did, then the auto died and I ended up putting a manual in using the money I had saved up for the valve body

Darinz has one in his winch/class 6 truck I think, pretty sure he rates it. Don't know how much he is on here these days. Might pay to hit him up on Facebook.
