I saw this on another video via you tube I think it was a top gear one. they said it was lighter fluid..... spray it in the tyre and then 'light' how it works.... pass.... would be a bit scary....

See he sprayed quite a bit of the spray/fluid into the tyre first. Then when he sprayed the flame at it the gas inside the tyre would have lit causing a mini explosion inside the tyre, pushing it out onto the bead. I guess there would be no risk of fire inside the tyre because all the air would be used up in the initial explosion, starving the flame of oxygen once the tyre seals on the rim.

Agreed, 10inch rims are just an arse when tyres pop off beads.
CRC does work really well. proving that it is highly flammable.
because off this, you also have too watch filling a distributer cap with crc after it has got wet, and then starting it straight away. Mind you it does look really cool when the dissy cap explodes, but not much fun if you don't have a spare with you! (is it Suprasurf?)

Does the flamable spray 'Expolde' pushing the bead back on, or does it simply just burn creating hot air, hot air expands and can't rush out of the hole (broken bead) quick enough, and as a result forces the bead back on the rim....?

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Explosion

An explosion is a sudden increase in volume and release of energy in a violent manner, usually with the generation of high temperatures and the release of gases.

So yeah, both aspects contribute I guess.
