Hey folks, due to changing jobs and loosing my company supplied wheels, I've had to join the real world and get myself a daily driver.

Managed to finally get my hands on a SWB KZJ71 Land Cruiser. 1kz-te powered, with the R151f manual trans. 200k on the clock and and has pretty much sat in a shed unused for the last 8 years.

There's a few odds and ends that need sorting. Saggy front springs, dodgy locking hub motor, electric Windows work occasionally, that sorta stuff.

I've got through most of it already, but can't fix the headlight washer motor, it's toast, and wouldn't mind the gauge cluster from the dash to play with.

Does anyone have any leads on one that's being wrecked somewhere in the country?? Must loads of the 2.4 powered ones with stuffed engines parked up surely??

Saying that though, none of the wreckers in Hamilton have anything.

Nice little wagon. Most of those things are easily fixed.
Don't worry about the headlight washer.... its useless....
As for a good parts supplier, here in auckland we try Ash Semmens who is on Face Book. Nice guy and normally has a Prado in bits at any time.

Haha, yes, I suppose you throw away a fair few of those!!!

I managed to strip the little hub motor and clean it up, so it's working again. For now........

I'll probably just send you the hubs to be modified soon anyway ;)
