selwyn river sunday?

im keen to have a look at the selwyn on sunday, any one else keen am thinking of starting at SH1 and heading downstream. you must have decent tow hooks and a snorkle is advised.

drove over today and there is about the same as last time i was there and philux handled everything so not overly deep

how big your tires? dont need massive tires (depending on how big ur truck is)

So how much water is in it? Ive just been back and had a look at the pics from last time, and dam! If its like that, I wont be going all the way down, thats for sure. I dont exactly want wet carpets again!

Its hard to imagine the selwyn with a lot of water in it. I do know its soft though! Benn there found that!! ;-)
