Does anyone have any leads on a rear axle housing, bare or complete for a LJ80??

I have a complete front and rear housing to go under the LJ50, but the rear housing is badly rusted around the spring platforms. Not much use.

So I'm after a half decent rear housing if anyone knows of one lurking??

How much work in retubing one ?

I recon you just plate over the rusted bits and roll with it . Or you could borrow the one I have under rangi untill another housing comes up

I could re-tube, but that's a mission making a jig etc.

I don't wanna steal Rangi's diff UBZ, that'l just give you another excuse not to finish it haha

There'l be one kicking round somewhere I hope

My neighbour might have one but that's a bloody long road trip!!

Find out for me, if the housing is any good it may well be worth the effort/expense
