Hard to offend this lot, we just take the piss...

The answers will depend on your budget and what type of offroading you want to do.

I have a 96 LN107 IFS DC, rancho adjustable shocks and lokrite lokker in the back, on 31" muddies
It is awesome for what I need which is firewood and stuff around the block we are on, also weekend trips away with club.
I have some good LED spots on the front and PRS radio.
The upgrades I would look at would be the disc brake conversion for the rear, braking power is similar but maintenance is easier.
You could put the rotors and calipers on the front from from a VZN-130 (V6 surf), thicker rotor and bigger pots. Will need to upgrade master cylinder and booster to cope with extra capacity required for brake fluid. I believe the double diaphragm Land Cruiser booster is the go and upgrade master cylinder to 1".

Snorkel is good.

Hope it gets things rolling for ya.

Paul.
