Hi Guys,
I am in the process of installing two inch lifted EFS springs into my safari. The old springs were sitting flat on the springplate, while the new is not flat. See attachment. Is there should be a "spacer" / "rubber ring" under it ? The kit did'nt include anything like that.
All imputs are appretiated.
Regards Lobo

I've just looked under mine - nothing there, from memory there was one at the top under the tower, which kept it captive and stopped it from torquing out.

Looks normal. Just make sure it's rotated to the correct spot, at the top of the spring where it sits in the tower you'll see a indentation for the spring. Good to see it's on the correct side, many don't check.

Hi,
Thanks for the replys,
I was hoping that they are ok, as dont really wanted to pull them out again.
I have set up the springs to sit in the " right " place on /in the top spring plate, that is why i was a bit concerned about the lower end did not sit flat, the old spring had a flat ish lower end, and as the picture shows the new ones not really.
And my new rear springs have a flat er lower end, than the front ones.
Regards
