Roof top tents

im thinking id like a roof top tent, seen a few packed up on average cars lately... who can recommend a tent and or suppler, whats out there is it any good?
I have one that was imported by MCC (although they stopped bringing them in). One thing that I have found out is most of the tents in NZ are all supplied by the Chinese, and usually all from one company (Longroad campers is one of them). The difference is how the NZ supplier has specced the tent. Mine is a heavy canvas tent. Good but quite heavy
Feldons are arguably the best here (nicest materials and best spec), but they are almost $3k now! I paid $1300 new for mine a couple of years ago including annex. They are much cheaper in Australia (you can get an Adventure Kings tent for $699AUD, but shipping may be the killer to get it ehre)
