1kz new injector pump seals now wont start or idle

Hi,
having a few dramas pulled my pump to get seals done, back in engine wouldnt start, fuel at all 4 injectors, only starts using squirt of spray.
Once the knocking from the spray goes and holding throttle open engine goes smooth as normal let go of throttle and it dies, get someone to turn over give another squirt hold throttle away it goes again.
Any suggestions got me stumped as far as im aware i had the timing marks right.

i had this when i put the boost compensator on my truck. I the throttle cable bracket was out a few splines and would only run at "full throttle" which was in fact idle. Take it off and move it so that what you are now getting as full throttle is idle

Its electronic pump, i can start it on spray and rev to oblivion but soon as i let close to idle it cuts out, wont start until i spray it again, im thinking it mite be spill valve,
Ive even packed grease around primer plunger incase its sucking air?
