Mitsubishi Delica 2.8td - data sheet for import

hi all,
I am looking for some help with a data sheet for a Delica lwb, 2.8 td 4M40 engine.
I am in the process of buying one but to get it registered in our country (Austria) I need a data sheet including CO2 emission or fuel consumption. how is that in NZ? do you need prove of that when importing/licensing? does anybody have that kind of information available?
would help a lot, appreciate any feedback!

I believe for the import there needs to be a code on the deregistration sheet indicating emission class or so

I´ve visited both sites. the spritmonitor is a website where individuals post their actual consumption over whatever period they like.
the other one quite helpful, but prefarably looking for a document which has been accepted by an authority.
