How much vibration will there be if I dont have a double cardon joint?

lots, if you are using U-joints, one U joint will be at 0 degrees (pinion end)and one will be at whatever the angle between the tcase and pinion is. This will cause the U-Joint to try to accelerate and decelerate every revolution. :(
