Hey guys,

It looks like I'm gonna be buying a 94 2.7TD Nissan Terrano.... but I was wondering what the rules are about wrap around nudge bars

Basically I'm looking to get a framework made up for the front that wraps around the front, to just in front of the front doors, this is to mount CB arial, lights, roof rack etc...

Also I'm looking to do the same on the rear to allow my to build my mast into it. ie one corner will have my telescopic mast in it, in 3' sections. I'd mount the roof rack to this too, so it will loop over the top of the car

Any thoughts on the wof/cof side of things?

I hate replying to my own post but can someone confirm the following:

1. The Bars must not protrude outside the edge of the front or rear bumpers
2. They must not block the drivers view
3. They must not extend more than 50mm outside the original bodywork (at the sides)

If all these are met no Low Volume Cert is needed .
