Drill out and tap a 1/8"BSP thread into the filler plug, fit a grease nipple, then pump a full cartridge of grease into each side.

If its leaking grease out it must be leaking water in.... best top pull them apart down to check them and replace the seals

If you pull them apart and the grease is molke replace it but you will go through about 3 - 5 tubes to do both sides

Fill them as full as you can it helps keep the water out and greases the top pinion bearing too. :)

I'm not really selling any more Reece, but thanks for the plug. Don't have time with a new project I'm working on - trying to distance myself from anything but my own project truck and get it ready for sometime before next year :)

If you're stuck for one I can get you one for $140 and can also show ya roughly how it all goes together... I do have one left tucked under my bench for emergencies...
