I'm new here and drive a one wheel drive terrano. I have not done much off roading up here, but have done a few trip's around otago area,
every time i have been out i have been stuck or broken something, not that i mind to much because it was i heap of fun. i only brought the car to tow my race car around but getting dirty is really good fun not much point having a 4wd if ya don't use it.

Must be a unicycle  Wecome aboard dude. By the looks of your statement above you need to come to the traning day we are planning in the near future. Keep an eye out for it. We aso organise plenty of local trips and your more challenging trips away. I owned a terrano for years, modded the shit out of it, ask away if you want to know anything.

that is your drear diff doing its job unfortunately a diff which is a good thing to have when driving on a sealed road is not so handy when driving off road
