Im sure I read it somewhere, but cant find it now.

You could also look at doing some of the scenic tracks around Banks Peninsula, Mt Herbet or around some of the bays etc.
Don't know who are the property owners etc you would need to contact tho.
Looking on the map shows heaps of options there.

I like Petes idea. Might not be overly 4x4, but, how about doing some of the "4x4" tracks that are listed in Ken Sibly's book on banks Pen?
Just a casual day, seeing the sights, and getting to know people.
Im sure other people know of some actual tracks to visit over there?

Ok, going to plan some simple tracks over Banks Pen. Will be very easy going, no real 4x4 at all, other than maybe 2 sections that maybe grade 2. So still easy going.
