Welcome Tangi.
Just remember buying the truck is the cheapest part of this sport.
The recovery and safety gear plus the modifications and repairs will cost you way more.
If $4500 is your budget, you might be better off buying a cheaper truck and spending the rest on the gear.
By the way $4500 would be most you would want to pay for that truck.
Check out trade me. The same truck would be a bit cheaper on there.

i have a 4 door versoion with the same motor and payed 3000 for it tho it had 265000ks on it. i would offer him 3500 and do a bit of bartering form there. wouldnt pay much more than 4000. they are a good starting truck and they are cheap and easy to modify. the v6 uses heaps of gass (ive got mine down to about 15lper 100k which is pritty good but expect anythin from there to 20ish.) but they also have a bit or power (espscially compared to any other surf engine). those engines are reliable too, if they are looked after they will go for ever. mine now has 280000ks on it and still doesnt use any oil between changes.

Cheers Pete
