New guy with landy

Hey have just joined this week. Have bought an 1985 110 Land Rover V8. It is currently undergoing a respray is going to be a bit of a promo vehicle for my company but also a weekend fun machine. Seems really mint, everything works and the engine looks and sounds like new - no tears or anything in the interior. Want to get a bit of work done on it to soup the engine and drivetrain up a bit so will be asking lots of questions...

what sort of playing are you gonna get into ? just weekend wandering with the family or bit more serious stuff ?
your gonna love it here, heaps of info from guys that have tryed a lot of stuff..... but we talk a lot of shit to so you will have to be open minded

In auckland - do a lot of hunting so will be mostly paddocks gravel and mud..hopefully some beach action too

fallow deer and rabbits up at mates farm that borders woodhill forest and muriwai beach, ducks there too...possums up at te arai point/mangawhai..7mm08 for the deer shotguns and .22 for the rest. Have just started getting into it properly this year hence the new wagon!

sounds good mate, 7-08 you cant go wrong with that.might have to tee up a hunt some time
