Castor is fine as we have put big ass castor plates on. I think the problem may be that james was too cheap to buy a new panhard bush.

-tie rod end?
-wheel alighnment out of whack
-steering rod ends?
-also doesnt have a steering dampner on it

Steering dampner shouldnt really make a difference if we have castor right. All the ends were all fine?

You should try and get a panhard bush during the week and replace it and see if it makes a difference.

+ the bar needs to go back on
+ you owe me a tie rod end

You should take a good hard look at the swivel bearing preload. If the castor is correct then there will be a high possibilty this is the problem.

You may want to measure the width of your disco now your running the gq's to see if its going to fit, my saf is 2030mm (but has 13.5" tyres) wide and car trailers that arent usually over 2000 wide.

How many shims are in the swivel bearings?

Is it a nissan panhard bush that is worn?? I have one you could try.

it wont fit in its current state. as i have 11.5" wide simex's and -25 offset rims. but i have borrowed some standard alloys and 29" nissan rims and tyres off marty so should fit with them on it :D
