i did something more constructive than that.
finally got a price for replacement spring perches for the wagen the old ones are rusted not beyond repair but the price of the parts is $400, which doesn´t really go far when you are getting something fabricated so i figured just replace them. all i got to do now is wait for them to arrive got to come from germany so might have them for next weekend.
then i have to remove the old ones and get the new ones welded in place

easy ... just go to your next door neighbour and he is most likely going to have a 'jappa'... even if hey are still 2x years old at least they would be genuine
