Parabolic springs for series Landy?

Post by JohnnyFartPants »

I've seen some discussion on these but, where can you buy them from> Also, any where to get poly bushes from? and shocks?
I remember from my first Series 2a that when I put the 11 leaf diesel front springs on it (you couldn't get uprated ones in the 70's) the front prop shaft wasn't long enough and used to 'top out' which used to goose the uj's after about 1 week. Anyone had this problem/got a solution? Cheers

Also, new to NZ (sorry I'm a pom but fully de-whined) where can I buy new genuine/after market, second hand or surplus parts from?

Landrover Parabolics

Post by MJB »

Tim Warburton of Bramble Downs 4WD used to be an agent for the Rocky Mountain Parabolics which are very good quality, Ph (09) 8109894 or 0272711687, he also has new & secondhand landy stuff. He is very knowlegable and good to talk to being an enthusiast.
Cheers
Mike
