Hi all,
Put up some new forums on the site.
Hunting, fishing and motorbike, these are for those of you on here that have multiple interests/hobby's and wish to talk with each other on those various other hobbies that us as 4wders commonly share.
If you think the need any more added to them please tell me, as I am neither a hunter nor a fisherman and the biggest noob out there when it comes to motorbikes

Great move Mike, well done and my congratulations.
Many of us are big outdoor users, more than just 4WD
In my case the 4WD vehicle is just the means to get you there!
Believe me there is more places to get in a 4WD than anything else on the Planet, (well maybe a chopper!) So you have opened up a whole new dimension. Thanks
Cheers
Paul

Damm bloody mean coil overs on that thing
I'm in Nib, I used to make them from 4wheelers when I was younger .... still got all the bits to make a 4wd version with a YZ490 motor

think the olds might still have the plans for the chassi I was gona make .... I should ask next time I'm talking to them
My first one was made from two ATC's got given one and the other cost me $80 hell of a lota fun you could even wheel stand it up hills
If your interested I think there is a odessy club down your way I stumbled accross it a few years ago

bugger all that stay nice and light and simple .... an open class motoX motor gearbox etc all in one nice light package
Running a rota means a car box with all the space issues or you go VW and step everything up in weight and size

I've had a look around but cant find any layouts(forum categories) for this class of offroading. I need some forum names. I'm flat out at the moment so if you can come up with the forum names I'm really happy to put them up.

you could possibly have a conmpetition section, with sub sections like......
trials
winch challenges
off road racing
quad racing (could go into motorbikes)
buggies (which could possibly go into m/bikes too, as most are powered by a bike engine)
and anything else that people may suggest

come on thats a bit of an exaggeration - there definitely is no more than 45 at the moment
would be cool to group those sort of posts though as they do get mixed up in the 4wd section and after being out on the bike a little lately I dont have a one track 4wd mind anymore and I'm guessing a lot of people (yes 4wders are people to

) out there are probably the same or have never been "nothing but 4wds"

maybe its got me so confused I cant even count properly anymore
lesser catagories with more sub folders or sub groups or something would make it much easier for us computer challenged people
to me its like trying to read the telephone book

Yeah sub categories would be good but unfortunately this forum doesnt handle it. the sections are as good as it gets with the forum categories listed under them and then the different threads contained with in each. One more level would do just nicely. Perhaps the new forums might

was good while it lasted, but it didn't seem to last very long
seems like everyone is still more interested in the 4x4 chat than hunting and fishing and motorbikes
