hi there, has anyone done a coil suspension conversion on a leaf spring samy? i'm trying to figure out parts that i will be needing. i hope some of you guys can help me in this project
Hey Kinda depends what you want. Road legal or bush truck.
Im currently building the latter. Bush truck/trails maybe. I used Rangerover trailing arms etc. If you can get whole chassis so you can just cut mounts of chassia and weld them to the suzuki.
Coils are Jap sedan rears. Find something with 8-10 coils and about 10mm dia. About 350mm plus long. I got one pair from a Galant and the other from the dump.
Other wise search Zukikrawlers.com or bbs.zuwharrie.com. heaps on conversions on there.
While you are at it get bigger axles
