Ive heard that you can pressurise the float chamber with a fitting and line from the manifold, just remember to inject space invader into the float with a syringe or apparently it will crush or split under pressure.... or some people put the entire carb in a sealed chamber under pressure.
HAvent done it myself but looked into it for breif while.

where do you start ???
the blow thru system will require the holley carb to be pressurised and the standard float to be replaced with a nitrohyl type ( holley part No 16BP 260A) or (16BP 451A) If the entire carb is sealed then very little modifications are required since internal and external pressure is equal.
When I looked at turbo charing my Pontiac I desided that for all trouble of making air boxes and pressure senstive fuel pumps and area restritions it was far easier to use a draw thru system. This is working fine with no problems so far. Although I have used some of Pontiacs factory fitted turbo parts. I suggest you buy the Holley Caruretors tuning and modiffying book
cheers
