emissions testing of turbocharged diesels without aneroids

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has thought about this, apparently emissions testing is coming in and from what a friend told me they put a machine on the exhaust with the vehicle sitting there is neutral and one of the tests they do is a sharp throttle stab from idle. (Is this true? dont really follow the news much)
I have recently turbocharged my cruiser, and increased the fueling by winding in the full load screw, and was going to get it set up correctly by a specialist to avoid molten engine parts. Because it has no aneroid or 'boost compensator' it over injects fuel when there is no boost and chugs some soot.
if you are not a retard like most people you understand this and learn to control this firstly by not driving like most housewives drive their prados around getting tyre smoke and then fanging at 80kph wastegating past schools etc.., and secondly by watching exhaust smoke and by feel as it actually accelerates better with part throttle before boost.
When the testing comes in it will definately fail so just wondering if anyone has any cunning plans. without mucking with the full load screw every warrant.
best ive thought of yet is by winding out both the full throttle stop screw (not full load screw) and the screw under the accelerator pedal.
anyone tried this?
