Springs, shocks, shackles, fixed pins, bushes are all the same.

no theyre not.
413 has wider front spring perches.
found this out when i put hilux diff on mine, and then looked at 413 chassis-apparently a hilux diff almost bolts up to 413 springs because they have outboard spring mounts.
the trans crossmember is also different.

hmm that spring part might only apply to samurais actually (?)
but im sure engine mounts are diff cos my mate had a 410 with 413 motor and it had home made adapter spacers to mount the std 413 mounts to std 410 chassis

just to clear this up(so people dont start arguing) all im using it for is to use as a jig to make a front bar for my 413 so all i need to know about is if the chassis rail ends and cross tube bit are the same......

if you have a look at front shackle mount it is outboard of the chasis rail on this guys 413. 410s have shackle mount directly to chassis.
so take note of that when making a bar, otherwise both the same and have same 4 bolt holes
thought i knew suzukis like back of my hand...hmm where did that scar come from!?

99% sure that the chassis are the same for 410 413 and leaf samurais. Later 413 and samurai had the wider track diffs and the spring mounts are wider at the front. (Out boarded mounts)
Ryan Measure the width of yours and then check the one you are going to get before you cut it off.
hilux axles nearly bolt up to wide track (post 86?) about 10mm a side to narrow but can be done by re drilling spring perch.

SJ410 and SJ413 (1985/86/87) have the same spring perch locations (I just bolted 413 running gear under my 410). In 1988 the SJ413 became the Samurai, also know as the Wide Track - think it increased axle width bout 40mm each side, hence the spring perches were also moved outboard of the chassis.
I pretty sure body mounts between 410 and 413 are different, but the same between 413 and Samurai.
Anyway the chassis rails themselves are the same, so in your case you should be sweet to use the 410 chassis for bullbar making purposes.
