Did any quads come with a solid axle

At the rear or the front? - plenty of ATVs have a solid rear and a independent front. Although a lot are now going fully independent

Mines Fully independent. Has a solid rear axle. Thought most quads were.

Nah. Makes it to hard to turn fast round corners. I like em locked in the front only when i need it. The front Visco locking system is awesome!!!!

Actually I don't own that particular one any more, traded it on a more mint one!

People are always quick to jump up and say they are dangerous things - and to a certain extent they are - esp on hills but I would rather that than a quad in many situations. Its better than a 2x4 quad for traction and I have had it through mud holes that two 4x4 quads got stuck in. Its lighter and much more positive. Was using the neighbour's zuki quad the other day and it was scary to go very fast as the steering is loose but sensitive. The ATC can get up to about 70kms and still feel safe. And you can go round with one rear wheel off the ground. I'd say they are better for stunt riding than any farm set-up quad.

This is my current one - not much different to look at. Some of the most fun I've had on 2, 3 or 4 wheels would be this in the snow!




Dog is absolutely nuts on the bike!

I'd prefer one of those V8 trikes myself. They're cool. No good in the mud tho.
I've had my Renegade 800 Quad in the deep mud were all the other quads get stuck and never had any problems. Feels safe as at top speed to. (125ks)
