As a temporary measure I'm happy to maintain a thread of all the upcomng Forum trips and Assn trips and events until Mike codes one.

If you have an upcoming trip ort want suitable dates for a trip just look at this, I'll list all of the weekends on here and mark any trip free weekends and public holidays.

I have created an online calendar with Google Calendar for the trips and events in/around Wellington over the coming months. This is just a temporary measure until the new ORE site is up and running and we can have an integrated calendar.

Anyway, for those of you in the Wellington area it is accessible from my signature below. If you have an account with Google you can add it to your list of calendars using the button in the bottom right corner.

I find that the "Agenda" tab is the best view of coming trips.

No, because we don't know anything about the trips in the South Island for example. Yes we can see the threads in Planning a trip, but if something changes we may not know. Also, we don't know anything about the specific areas and may get some information confused/wrong.

Therefore it's best if we maintain our own calendar in Wellington for now. As the Wellington Rep I don't want to be responsible for other people's domain.

I sent you an invite to register and give you permission to modify it as well as me. If someone wants to maintain one for other regions then I can set one up for them and give them the required permissions to maintain it. Let me know if someone wants to maintain one for their area.

On another note, some of those trips are Association trips aren't they. Why is it in the general forum index. Should it not be in the Association only index :?:

So are we going with regional temporaty calenders? And forum members have read only access to the assn trip thread area (see mike about that)
