Help with SD33T injection problems

Hoping one of you guys can help me out. Have an SD33T in my MK Patrol.
Suspect that i have run out of diesel (no guages working at present) and truck won't start. Have put 20l of diesel in and bled the fuel system upto the injection pump bleeder screws (fuel filter first, then injection pump bleeder screws) All ok there. The problem is when i crack the injectors and crank the engine no diesel is comming through
Any ideas what to do next? If you need more info just ask
