SJ 413 Exhaust

Post by AF1zuk »

Has anyone done an exhaust rebuild from the engine right through?

Can you give me an idea of what it cost you?

I cracked my tailpipe about 2 inches aft of the rear muffler at Aotea the other week.

Ultimate would be to go for extractors, can anyone tell me if you get any benefits when fitted to a standard G13B? I have heard about lsight increases in torque...

G13A or G13B or G16B?? I run a G13B and being it was an east/west engine I had too get custom headers made from the stock manifold, then 1 7/8 pipe too the back through one coby and then a high flow muffler. Was a bit of farkin round too do headers, but happy with performance and exhaust note. Was in the region of $400ish (bout 5 years ago). Done by papakura performance mufflers and exhaust. FULLY recommend. Hard too compare too standard performance being engine comes out of a fwd hatch.
