FJ40 cruiser for sale, parts or offers

My mate has decided its time to get rid of his old paddock/river thrasher and spend a bit of coin on his Bighorn.

Its got rust, but seems reasonably sound mechanically.
Good 2F motor, good radiator, has a few spare parts, grills etc
I think he wants to keep the rims and tyres to throw under the bighorn.
He hasn't got a price on it so is open to offers for the whole thing, or for parts
