Um turbo and relyability, well on a decompressed engine and built to handle the extra heat then it will be relyable but it is an additional thing to maintain (turbo seals and bushes need replacing eventualy), mean's you use higher temp oils and puts more stress on the drive train.
Personaly (and nothing against the Suzuki) I would look at having a second vehicle like a FJ40 or even (cough) land rover as a bush truck the older the better as you can get cheap rego (classic status).
This way when seal's go, diff's leak, spring's sag, shocks get dented and sumps get dinged (or holed) you do not need it as a daily driver so repair in your own time or just top up the oils weld the sump etc.
Probibly not what you wanted to hear but getting more power out of anything increases the stress on the engine components, my race car I had loved cracking the head gasket, running High boost but it was a factory turbo decompressed further larger radiator larger intercooler water injection and running AV gas (to keep it cool) on a hot day or behind another car the temps rise and eventualy the gasket would go, I got really good at changing them and re doing the timing mine were copper and carbon fibre gaskets

so heated and press fitted, they came from Aussie and were not cheap.
