I had a serious thought about that truck too. My issue was going to be getting it back.

Looks and sounds like it is a good truck, the fiddle brakes would make it interesting. Hope you have fun. Is it going to be an aframe or trailer queen? What are you planning to tow it with? Did you get the trailer with it?

Have to see it used in anger down here. Not sure about the air intake running through the cab may be a bit noisy.

Na didnt get the trailer with it, planning on A framing it, looking at a 3.5 v6 pajero to tow it in the short term/ or bludge a tow off others heading out   , but will look into getting road legal eventually. All will tell itself when it gets here

Good score, I wanted it too.
Seems to have been popular.

How do you anticipate getting it road worthy?

Nice barwork on it - and so pretty in Otago colours - makes me want to run out to the shed and paint all the Project WTF suspension bright yellow :D

Should be a weapon - I bet you can't wait to get in it...

You may have trouble getting a cert with fiddle brakes, but apart from that I don't think there would be too much needing done depending on lights speedo etc working.

Oh and when you get it down here you are going to have to paint that suspension red, Rok started that trend for the SI Yellow is definatley a NI thing ;)

Where are you borrowing a 100K jeep from? :P

Now you posted this Archibalds will be on the lookout for someone asking for one of their new Jeep's.

Tell me when you are going up I would like to see how well it goes I have heard good things about that truck and I also want to have a look at that rear link setup, it is a bit different a sort of Hybrid 4 link setup almost a 3 link A arm design.

Could not see the detail in the photo's well enough

That sounds like a Tui's add if ever I heard one! If the truck arrives Friday I am pretty sure you will have a go in the weekend for a mental break ;)

Good luck for the exams.
