A subaru front calipers have a hand brake on them and have been used . Also mitsi galant 88-92ish rears have a cable handbrake .
this has been talked about before and I reckon if you are certing it and he will let you but the handbrake assy of a 413 on the t/case (or get a 413 case , hole already tapped ) and just use vitara calipers and rotors on teh front and move the front stuff to the back . This way no hand brake cables to make and dam near everytime I took the samy I had for a wof they would fail it on brake bias . No issues on that with a t/case brake . Was talk they may not be alowed anymore thou so ask .

If not road legal well you can do what you want so the t/case brake is a goer but means you probably play in the mud a lot and drum brakes full up with mud so the extra work for the rear handbrake may be worth it althou a handbrake on a disc is not as good as a drum .

Cheers
Chris

Check out the disk brake's from the 1974-1976 subaru (they have cable operated handbrake). Have used them in the past for rear disk conversion

and what cable do you use ? can you get custom cable made ? if so how much will that cost ?

as i was thinking about taking the handbrake off the driveshaft and putting it on the front or rear hubs as i'll be doing front disc brake conversion

Get a custom cable made. Cost will depend on who does it

I just used the cable from the subaru as it was the right length. You could always get a second hand on from pick-a-part etc. Just mesure the lenght you want. That or Cookes are normally good with prices
