No more importing 4.2 Safaris in 2008?

So with this new legislation arriving in 2008 in regard to emissions on imported vehicles getting tightened up, does this mean the end of 4.2 Safaris being imported? What about the 2.8T as well? Would you only be able to import a later model GU with a ZD30 engine....?
