front draglink gq

i imagine this q has been asked a dozen times, but is there a recognised solution for replacing the ball joints without having to buy a $400 dollar bar from nissan... could a front draglink be made by using the one behind the front axle... my joints seem quite worn so looking at replacing somehow.

Buy the female tie-rod ends from Nissan, about $125each. Get a length of 4140 threaded to suit. Tie-rod ends get replaced when they're flogged out. Do a search for the L and R part numbers I've posted before.
