why do you need to lift it? I used to fits 32's with no rubbing, 35's would fit with guard chopping, but I wouldnt advise anything bigger than 32's with series rover axles unless its a salisbury.
Land rover leafs are perfectly fine for flex, and are very arced. surf leaves are very flat and wont work.
and stop post whoring

I have a set of LWB front and rear springs you can have if you want, but I think the bolts are rusted in and need to be drilled out.

LR leaf springs can be retensioned as along as not main leaf not broken.
Can even do it yourself with an anvil and sledge hammer. I used an old truck engine block one time.
Seperate leafs and re-arch each of them in turn with the sledge hammer. Do main first to get the correct curve and then do the others to suit. Fit new centre bolt and bushes. If you want to lighten the springs you can leave a leaf or two out.
Works well but best if paired up with new shocks at the same time.
