Ok, I don't know whether this is the right place to ask or not but it said beginner!! and that's me!:)

Under my name at the side of posts it has different messages. I can't remember what my first one was but then I went to Winch Master and now I'm driver/navigator. Could someone please explain this to me. It's got me real puzzled. Is it some kind of upgrading system as you post more or are a member longer???
