What sort of bar. Front and rear bullbar? Roll bar? Tow bar or something?
If you have a bender Steve can probably sort you with steel??? Otherwise I autobend is probably your best option....

Just decide on some tube and get it through Steve. He has an account set up to get steel for ORE fullas. (if u ask him nicely) I would suggest some 1 1/2" 4mm wall? Just need to have a look at some sizes really to decide if you think it's beffy enough etc. I think you can only buy the tube in lengths too. 8m or 6m, can't remember exactly. But PM SupraLux. If he's not busy he may be able to help with actually getting the steel.
Have a look on pirate for some ideas on how your going to do it.

I made mine myself. Bends were done by Uniweld Mufflers and Towbars. They are made from 50mm round black pipe with 3mm wall and 50mm box section with 3mm wall. I'm no engineer, but if your confident in waving a MIG about have a crack at it yourself. Plus there will be much more self satisfaction too. You can crap on to everyone about what you did, like I do.
