Hi Paulie,
Are you doing suspension or body lift?
Suspension lift will require new shocks starting at $100 each, and new springs for the rear, around $250 for a pair. The front end is lifted by winding up the Torsion Bars. Depending on how high you go you will also want to look at a Panhard Rod drop bracket for the rear. The rear brake hose and hand brake cables need to be checked at full extension after the lift to ensure they aren't being stretched.
The body lift will require spacer blocks, longer bolts, and some easing of various cables, hoses etc. The bolts will be the expensive part, upwards of $100. There are some American sites that have complete kits for the suspension and/or body. Check out the forum at NPORA as a good place to start.
Cheers

Also, remember that a body lift will need to be certified ($350 odd) but at this stage a small suspension lift doesn't, as long as you keep your factory mounts (ie dont need to mod the panhard/mount etc)

Thanks Paul,
It's taken awhile to get it how I want, and of course there's still more to do, bullbars, sliders, winch. But they are long term projects and it is more than enough for the club trips I do.
Cheers
