Someone may be wreaking a dash or have a spare dash they want to sell??, I dont know if it can be repaired??

I thought my gauge was stuck but I have just pulled the dash out and dismantled the dash and taken the fuel gauge out and it has burn marks along side a diod at the back of the gauge.
Someone may be wreaking a dash or have a spare dash they want to sell??, I dont know if it can be repaired??
