Brake pedal slowly sinks to the floor

On my 80 series cruiser when the pedal is depressed it slowly sinks to the floor. Brake fluid not going down. No sign of any leaks. Any ideas what the cause could be. I would like to try and fix it before the weekend.

Hi
if you are not losing fluid then check for a vacumm leak at the brake booster.
