all do the kit
mod fuel tank with efi pump or fit vatra tank with internal pump
bigger fuel line to engine use old fuel supply line as return line
wire up the ecu (big job eg auto sparky or on to it mechanic)best to now
same one
slight mod to the throttle cable
On the exhaust, you will use the exhaust manifold from the 16 valve.
Then tie into your existing exhaust. or get new exhaust.
a few little things as well

I sell kits to fit a G16 into a Samurai / 413.
The kit allows you to bolt the engine to the gearbox and mount it in the chassis.
You will also have to swap sumps with the 1300, and cut and shut the oil pickup tube to get diff clearance, unless you have lots of lift.
You'll need a body lift to fit a 16 valve.
Everything else is pretty easy - hoses line up, 1300 clutch and flywheel fits etc.

hey allmud,
I just put a 1600 carbed motor in a 413, If you use one of Bens kit the swap is pretty easy(thats what i used),
being a carbed motor i didnt need to mess with any computers or wireing but i would let a sparky do that side of things?
if you need any help just ask.....

Hey James
Kits are $200, and include the CNC laser cut adaptor plate, engine mount adaptor, custom studs, engine mount spacer washers, all required nuts and bolts, and some instructions.

Most people seem to be pretty happy modding thier pickup themselves, but thats not a silly idea. Watch this space.

Could do an exchange (two old for one new). Take the two from the old and new engine and give them a modified one maybe. Means you have the parts to do the next one.
